Partner, Brand Strategy & Stewardship

My Comfort Zone:
As a Co-Founder and Partner at the agency, I have many roles depending on the day — but I’m primarily focused on leadership and strategy. Both internally and externally with clients, I ensure we all have a foundation for success.

How I’m Challenging It:
Since inception, I’ve learned that whenever I start feeling comfortable, that’s a sign that we as leaders haven’t been pushing the agency hard enough to continuously advance ourselves and our work. That’s become my compass. If I’m feeling unsettled, then we’re doing the right things.

Partner, ECD

My Comfort Zone:
As a Partner and Executive Creative Director, I believe in finding a brand’s presence throughout the marriage of design thinking and creative ideas.

How I'm Challenging It:
By using the momentum of both big reinvention and small advancements to challenge comfort, build energy for positive change, and encourage evolutions.

Partner, Growth and Business Strategy

My Comfort Zone:
As the Partner in charge of business strategy and agency growth, I make sure everything we do for our clients aligns with their business goals. For the agency, I advance growth of all types. I identify how all of the dots of business strategy connect to clear, measurable results.

How I’m Challenging It:
After a near 20-year agency career, I’m finally realizing that some of the best results relate to goals that haven’t even been articulated by our clients, and that some of the best ways to grow and advance our own business have come from completely unexpected areas. My push is to be constantly open to reinventing my approach and forever adapting to the changing playing field. Luckily, embracing continuous change is where The Many shines.

Partner, ECD

My Comfort Zone:
As a founding Partner and Executive Creative Director, I’m most comfortable when I’m Directing Creative. Executively.

How I'm Challenging It:
Honestly, every single moment of my working life I’m challenging things. I know it sounds a bit cliché, but it’s what all my energy goes into. I spent 15 years at some of the best agencies in the world, learning all of the rules and the right ways to do things, and since opening the doors of our own agency I have spent every single moment challenging every one of those things. I actively search out people — whether they’re one of The Many or a client partner — who share the same ideals of challenging what’s comfortable.

Stoelken

Partner, Operations and Ventures

My Comfort Zone:
As a Co-Founder and Partner, I serve as the head of agency operations and finances. I’m responsible for making sure things run smoothly and for our overall financial health.

How I’m Challenging It:
As a growing organization with a contrasting range of A-types and left and right brainers, permanent adjustment is the only constant. The key to our long-term success is making sure we proactively run the agency with a mix of compassion and discipline.

Partner, ECD

My Comfort Zone:
As a Partner and Executive Creative Director, I believe “great can't wait.” In one form or another, I ensure that great happens for us and our clients every single day.

How I'm Challenging It:
Comfort kills. It kills momentum, it kills spontaneity, it kills creativity, it kills courage, and it kills meaningful change. I refuse to be comfortable. Always push for great.
