Health Benefits

We know that everyone’s health care needs are different, so we’ve partnered with TriNet to offer a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans. Whether you’re looking for a high-deductible plan with a health savings account (HSA) or a traditional plan with more comprehensive coverage, we have a plan that’s right for you. And because we care about your health, we pay 100% of the medical contributions for employee-only coverage for all full-time employees. That means you can focus on staying healthy, without worrying about the cost of your health care.

New Parent Paid Leave

We understand that welcoming a new child into your life is a momentous occasion, and we want to support you in every way possible. After the first six months with the agency, all full-time employees are eligible for up to 16 weeks of New Parent Paid Leave. During your leave, you’ll receive 100% of your salary for the first 8 weeks, and 50% of your salary for the remaining 8 weeks. This leave can be subsidized with short-term disability coverage if desired.

We’re Hybrid

We believe that working together in person is the best way to create a collaborative and supportive work environment. That’s why we have a beautiful office right on the beach where we can gather during the week. You’ll find us working together on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but we’ll be remote on Monday and Friday for a bit more flexibility.

Our office is located right on the PCH, where you can watch dolphins swimming by in the mornings and enjoy amazing sunsets in the evenings. The open floor plan has tons of natural light and is the perfect place for team collaboration and let your creativity flow. And our WIFI extends out to the beach, so you can take work outside and enjoy some fresh ocean air.

Paid Time Away

We get that personal time away from work is important, so we offer an unlimited vacation plan (available after your first 90 days at the agency) as well as a separate sick leave plan. We want you to be able to take the time you need to relax, rejuvenate, and come back to work feeling refreshed and ready to take on new challenges.

Labor Week & Holiday Break

We know that you’ve been working hard and we’re all about a well-deserved break. We’ll be closed for business the entire Labor Day week and from December 24th to January 1st. That means you have even more time to relax, recharge, and have some fun. Go on vacation, visit family and friends, or just stay home and binge-watch your favorite shows. Whatever you do, make sure to take some time for yourself.

We’ve partnered with Transamerica to offer a competitive 401(k) retirement plan to all full-time employees. You can begin contributing into the 401(k) plan the first of the month following your first 60 days of employment. And we will match your contributions at 50% for the first 6% you put into the plan.

Tuesday In-Office Lunch

We’ve partnered with Forkable to bring you free lunch every Tuesday! Forkable is a service that lets you choose from a variety of restaurants each week. They consider all dietary preferences, so you can always find something you’ll love. We’ll gather in the kitchen every Tuesday to enjoy our Forkable orders together. It’s a great way to socialize with your coworkers and take a break from work. So come hungry and ready to have some fun!

Home Internet & Fuel Allowance

We’re here to help offset the rising costs of home WIFI and fuel prices. Every month all employees will receive $40 for home internet usage and our local employees get another $50 towards filling up your car at the pump – no receipts required. Just another way for us to support you as we continue to work between home and the office.
