The Many is looking for a Part-Time Help Desk Support Agent to join our growing operations team.  Join us and help lead our agency through our next phase of growth and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Answering support calls, emails, and  in-person support requests
  • Diagnosing technical needs and developing an understanding of root issues
  • Coordinate and oversee computer upgrades, software rollouts and other IT related projects
  • Maintain inventory and work with vendor’s warranty service and hardware support contracts
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate technical support partners
  • Sharing knowledge and proactively identifying the needs of the organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1  year of professional help desk experience
  • Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows OS (and hardware)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technology to non-technical staff
  • Experience delivering quality customer service
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and respond in a fast-paced changing work environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment to standardize and improve processes
  • Energetic and displays the ability to go above and beyond normal day-to-day expectations as situations arise
  • Must love dogs
